1. Purpose of the Site

BoxxScore is an anonymous, user-generated review platform intended to allow users to share personal dating experiences in a humorous, opinion-based format. The site is provided "as-is" and "as-available," with no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. You access and use this site entirely at your own risk.

All content on BoxxScore reflects the subjective opinions of individual users and is not intended to be interpreted as fact. Readers should treat all submissions as anecdotal, unverified commentary and not as statements of truth.

1A. Community Rating System

BoxxScore features a community-driven rating system where users may vote using "green flags" (positive) or "red flags" (negative). These ratings:

• Are purely subjective opinions of individual users
• Do not represent verified facts or BoxxScore's endorsement
• Are automatically generated based on community votes without editorial oversight
• Should not be relied upon for any decision-making purpose

"Warning" and "Safe" indicators are algorithmically generated based on vote ratios and reflect only the aggregate opinions of users who chose to vote. BoxxScore makes no representation regarding the accuracy, fairness, or validity of any rating or indicator. Users acknowledge that ratings may be biased, manipulated, misleading, or based on incomplete information.

Community ratings, flags, and indicators (including "Warning" and "Safe" labels) are opinion-based tools that reflect user sentiment only. They are not fact-checked, verified, or endorsed by BoxxScore and should be treated as entertainment, not reliable information about any individual.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

By using this site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. No person under 18 may post, view, comment on, or be referenced in any submission.

You agree not to submit any content involving or referencing minors (under 18), regardless of context. Violations may result in immediate removal, account termination, and permanent bans.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not post, upload, or share content that:

• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or revenge porn
• Makes false statements of fact presented as truth about another person, including defamatory or misleading claims
• Includes private or identifying information beyond what is expressly permitted
• Constitutes harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, or unlawful conduct
• Makes criminal accusations, including but not limited to allegations of rape, assault, theft, or other illegal behavior
• References STDs or sexual health conditions
• Includes intimate, suggestive, manipulated, AI-generated, or deepfake images
• References, impersonates, or depicts individuals under 18 in any manner

All content on BoxxScore is user-generated and submitted directly by users without prior editorial review, approval, or verification by BoxxScore.

BoxxScore utilizes automated systems and limited human review to detect content that may violate these Terms. The use of such tools does not constitute editorial control, verification, endorsement, or approval of any content.

Users remain solely responsible for their submissions. BoxxScore reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to remove or restrict access to content at its sole discretion, with or without notice. We cooperate with law enforcement only when legally required.

Permitted Identifying Information

Users may include only information an individual has voluntarily made public about themselves on public platforms.

• First names, nicknames, or commonly used names may be permitted
• Full legal names, phone numbers, home addresses, private accounts, or non-public identifying information are strictly prohibited

4. User Responsibility & Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant BoxxScore a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the platform.

By posting, you warrant that:

• All persons referenced are 18 years or older
• You are not impersonating another person
• Your submission does not violate any law or third-party rights

By voting or rating, you acknowledge such actions represent your personal opinion only, which may not be accurate or complete.

You are solely and fully liable for the consequences of any content you submit. BoxxScore and its affiliates assume no liability for user-generated content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoxxScore, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your content or violation of these Terms.

BoxxScore has no duty to investigate the accuracy of submissions, resolve disputes between users and subjects, or verify user-generated content. Any reliance on content is entirely at your own risk.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

All content on BoxxScore is user-generated and unverified. BoxxScore does not endorse, fact-check, or validate user submissions.

Posts may be inaccurate, exaggerated, biased, offensive, or misleading. Users acknowledge and agree that BoxxScore is not a publisher or speaker of user-generated content within the meaning of applicable law.

Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, BoxxScore is not liable for content provided by third parties, including users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoxxScore, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or misuse of the platform
• User-generated content
• Community ratings or indicators
• Technical issues, outages, or data loss
• Reliance on content that may be inaccurate, biased, or manipulated

7. Moderation & Takedown

BoxxScore reserves the right to remove content or accounts at its sole discretion. Submission of a takedown request does not guarantee removal.

Valid takedown requests must be submitted to info@boxxscore.com with sufficient detail. Copyright claims must comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Repeat offenders may be restricted or banned. Automated scraping, bots, or manipulation of the platform are prohibited.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of BoxxScore after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Jurisdiction & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.

Any dispute arising from your use of BoxxScore shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to jury trials, class actions, or consolidated proceedings.
