Refund Policy

All purchases of search credits on BoxxScore are final and non-refundable once completed. Search credits provide immediate access to premium search functionality and review content that is otherwise freely available through our standard browsing interface.

We will review legitimate support requests and respond within 48 hours.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Once you purchase search credits—whether a 1-search pack, 5-search package, or 15-search package—the transaction is complete and constitutes acceptance of our service. Your search credits become immediately accessible and consumable.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Searches you've already performed
  • Credits you've already used
  • Unused credits (unless otherwise specified below)
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with search results
  • Unused credits that expire

Limited Exceptions for Customer Support

We maintain this strict non-refund policy to ensure fair pricing for all users. However, we recognize legitimate technical issues may occur. We may, at our sole discretion, assist with the following:

  • Lost Access: If you lose access to your search key due to a technical issue on our end, we will restore your credits or re-send your access key.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for a single purchase due to a platform error, we will investigate and correct the error.
  • Technical Malfunction: If you experience a genuine technical malfunction preventing you from using purchased credits, contact support and we will review your case.

All support requests must be made to info@boxxscore.com with documentation of the issue. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these criteria or that appear to be attempts to circumvent this policy.

Apple Pay & Platform Refunds

Since most purchases are processed through Apple Pay, Apple's refund policies also apply. If Apple processes a refund on its own platform, we will honor it. For disputes about Apple Pay charges, you may contact Apple directly through your device's settings.

Chargebacks & Unauthorized Transactions

If you dispute a charge as fraudulent or unauthorized with your bank or payment provider, the following will occur:

  1. You will lose immediate access to all BoxxScore features and search credits.
  2. Your search key may be permanently suspended or terminated.
  3. You will be prohibited from making future purchases on BoxxScore.
  4. You may be liable for chargeback processing fees and dispute costs.

Chargebacks should only be used if you did not authorize the transaction. If you have a legitimate issue with your purchase, contact our customer support team at info@boxxscore.com before initiating a chargeback.

This policy is subject to change at BoxxScore's discretion.
