All purchases of search credits on BoxxScore are final and non-refundable once completed. Search credits provide immediate access to premium search functionality and review content that is otherwise freely available through our standard browsing interface.

Once you purchase search credits—whether a 1-search pack, 5-search package, or 15-search package—the transaction is complete and constitutes acceptance of our service. Your search credits become immediately accessible and consumable.

Since most purchases are processed through Apple Pay, Apple's refund policies also apply. If Apple processes a refund on its own platform, we will honor it. For disputes about Apple Pay charges, you may contact Apple directly through your device's settings.
If you dispute a charge as fraudulent or unauthorized with your bank or payment provider, the following will occur:
