Important Legal Notice

BoxxScore is a platform that allows users to share their experiences and opinions. Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, we are not legally responsible for content posted by our users. However, we maintain community guidelines and will review reports of content that may violate our policies.

Submitting a report does not guarantee content removal. We review all reports and make determinations based on our content policies, not on whether content is unflattering, negative, or disputed by the subject. You may have legal remedies directly against the user who posted the content, but BoxxScore is generally not liable for user-generated content.

1. What We Remove

BoxxScore respects the rights, privacy, and dignity of all individuals. We will remove or disable access to user-submitted content that violates our Terms of Service or applicable law, including but not limited to:

  • Non‑consensual images or videos (including nudity or explicit content)
  • Harassment, threats, or content that incites violence
  • Disclosure of private personal information (doxxing) such as home addresses, phone numbers, or Social Security numbers
  • Defamatory, slanderous, or demonstrably false statements of fact
  • Impersonation or identity theft
  • Any material that otherwise violates our Terms of Service or U.S. law

Please note: Negative opinions, unfavorable reviews, or unflattering experiences do not automatically qualify for removal. User reviews expressing genuine experiences and opinions are protected speech.

2. How to Report Abuse

To request content removal, send an email to abuse@boxxscore.com with all of the following information:

  • Your full name and a valid contact method (email and/or phone number)
  • A direct URL link to the specific content you want removed
  • A clear explanation of why the content should be removed (e.g., privacy violation, harassment, non-consensual content)
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate and made in good faith
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence (optional but helpful)

Identity Verification: For privacy and security reasons, we may require verification of your identity before processing certain requests, particularly those involving personal information.

3. Our Response

We review all valid abuse reports in good faith. If your request meets our criteria and violates our policies, we aim to review and respond to reports within 24-48 hours.

Possible Outcomes:

  • Content Removed – If the content clearly violates our policies
  • Request Denied – If the content does not violate our policies or constitutes protected speech
  • More Information Needed – We may reach out for clarification or additional documentation

4. Repeat Offenders

BoxxScore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate our Terms of Service or post content that violates the rights of others.

5. Additional Notes

  • We may deny requests that are incomplete, fraudulent, vexatious, or outside the scope of our policies
  • Mass or automated takedown requests will not be processed
  • Legal process (subpoenas, court orders) should be directed to our registered agent
  • BoxxScore reserves the right to modify this policy at any time
